When you purchase Post Desk, you are purchasing the service from Kokkoris KG Consulting.
What the service does
It searches for recent news, writes draft LinkedIn posts around the topics you chose, and lets you edit, rewrite, skip or approve them. During the beta it never publishes anything anywhere. Approved posts are copied by you and pasted into LinkedIn yourself.
Drafts are suggestions
Drafts are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes, out-of-date statements or misread sources. Sources may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking every draft, and for anything you choose to publish under your own name.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use whatever you paste in, and that it does not breach anyone else's rights. Do not paste confidential information or other people's personal data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the beta to produce misleading, unlawful, hateful or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, or to generate posts at industrial scale. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
Third-party services
LinkedIn, AI providers, search providers and hosting providers are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them. Their availability, behaviour and rules can change without notice.
Automatic posting to your LinkedIn
Connecting your personal LinkedIn is optional and reversible. Once connected, posts you have approved are published to your own profile at your chosen weekly rhythm, and nothing else is. You remain the author and are responsible for what you approve; check the facts and sources before approving. Disconnecting stops publishing immediately and deletes the stored credentials. LinkedIn can change or withdraw posting access at any time, and posting may then stop working.
LinkedIn publishing and refunds
Post Desk uses LinkedIn's API to publish approved posts automatically. LinkedIn controls this service and can change, restrict or stop access to it.
If a change by LinkedIn prevents Post Desk from providing automatic publishing for 30 consecutive days or permanently, you can ask for a refund for the unused time remaining on your annual access. For example, if you have six months left when the service becomes unavailable, we refund the amount corresponding to those six months.
Short LinkedIn outages do not qualify. Problems limited to your own LinkedIn account, such as an account restriction or not being able to connect your account, also do not automatically qualify.
You can continue to open and copy your existing drafts while your workspace remains available under our normal retention rules. Nothing is published through Post Desk without the approval the service requires.
Post Desk Agent Pack
The Agent Pack is a separate one-time purchase of CHF 39. It is not annual hosted access, it does not renew, and it does not expire. It gives you a personal licence to use the downloaded files with your own AI assistant.
You may edit and adapt the files for your own work. You may not resell, publish, share or redistribute the pack or its instructions, in whole or in part, and you may not use it to offer the same method as a product or service to others. Each pack carries a licence identifier and a reference code so a redistributed copy can be traced.
Posts you create with the pack are yours. The pack contains no software and makes no network calls, so nothing is reported back to Post Desk.
You provide the AI account. AI services differ in web search, file handling and memory, they change over time, and they are outside our control, so results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Automatic LinkedIn publishing is not included. Every draft must be reviewed by you before publishing.
Because the files are delivered immediately as a digital download, the purchase is not refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. You can download your pack again at any time from your Post Desk page, or request a fresh download link with the email you paid with.
Your email and your private link
The free preview asks for no email and no account. When you pay, the email address you pay with is kept so we can send you the private link to your dashboard, receipts, and notices about your access. It is not used for marketing and is not shared.
Treat the private link like a password: anyone who has it can open your Post Desk. You can replace it at any time from your dashboard, or ask for a fresh one from the "lost your private link" page using the email you paid with. A replacement link disables the previous one immediately. For your protection we never confirm whether an email address belongs to a customer, and we do not keep usable links in our logs.
Availability and data
This is an unpaid beta with no service guarantee. Features can change or disappear. Beta workspaces and their drafts are deleted automatically 30 days after creation, and you can delete yours at any time. Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or reputational harm arising from the use of this beta is excluded. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.
Governing law
Swiss law applies, and the courts at the provider's registered seat have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
