30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the annual Post Desk plan and the one-time Agent Pack, including when the Agent Pack files have already been downloaded.
How to request a refund
Write to kyriakos.kokkoris@gmail.com from the email address you paid with. We issue the refund through our payment provider, Stripe, back to the card you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, access to the private Post Desk dashboard ends and the Agent Pack licence is withdrawn, so the files may no longer be used. Posts you already published on LinkedIn remain yours.
If automatic LinkedIn publishing stops
Beyond the 30-day guarantee, if a change by LinkedIn prevents Post Desk from providing automatic publishing for 30 consecutive days or permanently, you can ask for a refund covering the unused time remaining on your annual access.
