Draft for legal review
Privacy
This is a free beta run from Switzerland. The text below is a plain-language draft that a Swiss lawyer still has to review.
Who operates Post Desk
Post Desk is operated by Kokkoris KG Consulting, a sole proprietorship based in Geneva, Switzerland.

What is collected
The topics you pick, the optional short instruction you write, an optional website address, a short focus line the agent derives from what you gave it, the drafts the agent writes with their source links, and simple counters recording that a draft was generated, rewritten, edited, approved, copied, or that LinkedIn was opened. No account, name, or email address is required or collected.
About CV and profile text
Anything you paste as context, including CV text, is used once to work out a short focus line and is then discarded. The pasted text itself is not stored, and no file is kept.
Why it is used
Only to find relevant news, write drafts you can review, and understand whether the beta is useful enough to keep developing. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising.
Who it is shared with
Topics, focus line and instruction are sent to the AI models that write the drafts, and news searches go to web search providers. Hosting and the database are run by the platform this app is built on. Those providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, under their own safeguards. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
Connecting LinkedIn is optional. If you choose to connect it, LinkedIn asks you to allow posting on your own behalf, and the app stores your LinkedIn member id, your name as LinkedIn reports it, and the access credentials LinkedIn issues. Those credentials are held on the server only, are never sent to your browser, and are used for one thing: publishing posts you have approved to your own profile. The app never posts to a company page, never reads your feed, connections or messages, and never publishes anything you have not approved.
Press Disconnect LinkedIn at any time and the stored credentials are deleted immediately and automatic posting stops. Deleting your data deletes them too. Posts already published stay on your profile, where you can edit or delete them yourself.
If you do not connect LinkedIn, approved posts are simply copied by you and pasted into LinkedIn yourself.
No account, this browser only
There is no sign-up and no password. Your agent is identified by a random code kept in this browser, which is why closing the browser is safe — automatic posting carries on — but returning to your drafts needs the same browser on the same device, with its site data intact. If you clear it or switch device, the agent cannot be recovered and you start a new one.
Agent Pack purchases
If you buy the Agent Pack, we keep a record of the purchase: a licence code, a reference code, the pack version, which Post Desk workspace it was built from, and the email address used at payment. The email is kept so a download link can be sent to you and so you can ask for your pack again; lookups use a scrambled copy of it. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
The files are built when you download them, from your focus areas, your short professional context, your posting rhythm and your most recent approved posts. They never contain a CV, pasted profile text, passwords, keys, your private dashboard link or anybody else's information. The pack itself sends nothing back to us and contains no tracking.
How long it is kept
Beta workspaces and everything in them are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. You can delete everything immediately at any time from your drafts page with Delete my data.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Because the beta has no accounts, a workspace can only be found through the private link stored in your browser. If you have lost it, the data still disappears within 30 days.
